Your order will dispatched within two working days of us receiving your payment. If paying by cheque we will wait till the cheque has cleared. If the item is not in stock or there is a delay you will be emailed straight away. Some items are made to order, such as hose kits, we will then contact you to let you know how long they will take.
We use Royal Mail or other couriers depending on weight of item.
Whilst most orders are delivered within 3-5 days from dispatch, please allow 14 days for delivery.
If you have placed a recent order that has not been received more that 14 days ago please contact us as we will track it down.
Postage stated is for delivery to the UK. If you are outside the UK please contact us and we will let you know the cost of postage to your country.
Returns
We hope that you will be happy with your purchase. However if you need to return an item please email us within 7 days of receipt so we can send you a returns form. Not all products should be returned to us directly, so it is also important you check the returns form for the correct address to send your return to. Please note that Items returned may be subject to a restocking charge.
If you wish to return an item, it must be complete, unopened and unused. Items may be returned at customers own cost and a refund for the items returned will be given by the appropriate payment method, whether directly back to a card, or via the Paypal payment system. The cost of postage cannot be refunded.
Special order items are custom made to your specification and for this reason are exempt from the 7 day cancellation period. We regret that we will not be able to accept these goods back for credit or exchange.
Damaged items: if you take delivery of a package and the contents have been damaged in transit, you can return the item to us within seven days of receipt for exchange.
Defective items: you have the right to return a faulty item within a reasonable period of time. Please keep all the warranty information that accompanies your item, as this will be needed should there be a fault. In the unlikely event that you have a faulty item, you may find it quicker and easier to contact the manufacturer directly so that they can rectify the problem for you. Please read the instructions, manuals and other user documentation that comes with your Products carefully. KP Automotive is not involved in the manufacture of Products. You are urged to use all Products safely and in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines.
In all cases, please email customerservices@kpautomotive.co.uk quoting your order number, name, address, product details and the reason for return. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. This must be done within seven days of receipt.
